When I first signed up for Azoogle, I sent my W-9 form to their NYC office, unfortunately, my account STILL SAYS no W-9 form received. I'm a bit skeptical on: 1. Whether they ever will get them if the first one was sent to the address and not received. 2. Who got my last W-9 form if it was sent to the right address. Maybe somebody can help me, is there a quicker way for them to receive my W-9 form. At the same time, I have YET to see who my affiliate manager is in the top right corner. Please someone guide me...
Send a message to asking what is going on with your account. I did yesterday and that same day I had 3 e-mails from different staff members. It seems that if you signed up when they were moving their office you dropped though their cracks, and unless you reach back out to them they assume your not planing on using the account.
They are closed on the weekend, but the entire staff has palms/black berries to help clients on the weekend if needed. So you may or may not get an intimidate response.
We'll see what happens... hopefully they'll respond back quicker. That'll definitely prove they are dedicated...
They never acknowledged receiving my first mailed w9 I then faxed it, but then they emailed me the next day asking to mail it. It took about a week since I mailed it 2nd time for it to register on my account. Make sure to include a cover sheet with your name and affiliate id. I'm thinking that maybe they received just my w9 the first time and didn't bother looking up which affiliate to apply it to.
You probably should have waited until you had an aff manager. You're supposed to address the W-9 form to their Attn: as opposed to sending it to Azoogle's corporate mailing address. It's likely lost in the mailroom.
I mailed mine in when I first submitted my app online. It took about a week to get approved and about a week after before they got my w-9. So about 2 1/2 weeks total to get it. Just keep bugging them. It'll show them you are eager and aren't lazy. Remember, you can't be lazy and make it in affiliate marketing
