    I have a Newsletter PSD file that I need to be coded into HTML / CSS. I need it to be displayed well on microsoft outlook and other email software.

    Just warning you. You are going to have issues with cross email client compatibility working on a valid xhtml/css issue.

    I have tried this with a client before with horrifying results. It is best to stick with a heavily graphical-on-tables approach
    rather than be dissapointed...

    Job is open again. initial programmer was not able to code it well on outlook.
