Quick Wordpress job: change font style

I need the title and the blog body font on this page:

TO BE SPECIFIC:

I just need the font size to be the same all throughout the page. In particular, I would like to:

1. Change the font of the blog title to be the same color, size and font style as "The Wisdom of Life" on this page

2. Make the "posted on" font smaller and the same size as the sidebar font

3. Change the blog text to make it uniform and conform to the rest of the website text.
