    i want to add images to certain posts (one category) and make it appear in the built in home page featured gallery in the gazette theme (from woothemes).

    this particular theme has a built in gallery for images to appear on the front page with an upload function. so it would be a piece of cake.

    Just 1-2 mins work if you know what you are doing.
