Buying Quick wordpress header extraction, CSS and html

This is a simple job that i need doing as fast as possible.

You will be needed to extract the html , CSS and script from a wordpress header and make it into static files. There should be NO additional css which doesnt belong , no additional html which doesnt belong in the header. This needs to be clean and well marked out .

The code you are copying from is extremely clean and commented so this should be no problem, In the external files the navigation and everything will need to work exactly how it does in on the wordpress site but obviously completely standalone.

The header is responsive and will need to retain responsiveness , it also has scripted hover effects.

So basically its copy the header exactly how it is currently and place it in a standalone html and css files with an image folder.

You will also need to ensure there are no CSS conflicts with the platform which the header is being imported to , from a quick glance i believe there is two conflicts which all you need to do is change the class name for the css. There could be more but ive seen 2 .

$20 will be paid after its completed, its not a big header .
