I always use the Google Console Search, you have to verify your site with Google first, once done, you can ask google to index any site by placing your url in the search box "Inspect any URL in "yourdomain.com", then press "Request Indexing" The Google Console Search link: https://search.google.com/search-console/about
You can increase of decrease speed of crawling your website from Google webmaster tool. It is recommend to keep your crawling frequency to low. Else your bandwidth and servers resources would be used most of the the by Search engine crawler.
Perhaps you can answer the question that I asked above as it applies to you: Care to explain how that indexes backlinks to the site (which is what this thread is about)
I created a free WP website and verified it with Google. I put the urls containing my backlinks on the WP page and get Google to crawl it. I agree that backlinks that require manual indexing have little value.
Your biggest issue would be getting that indexed content to rank in google, and this is when you should pony up some money, and go after the big gun authority links, otherwise, everything else will be a waste of money, effort, time as you watch the wheels on the train spin around doing nothing. You should always follow google guidelines and look for other sources of traffic.
Try to get produce quality backlinks as Google will index quality pages. Quality pages = better search engine rankings.
I used Google search console. It's an easy and convenient tool for beginner. Just submit your website site-map on that tool. And see if your pages are indexed.

There are several ways how to do that. The first one - just to wait, as it takes around five days to one week to get your backlinks indexed in Google. Sometimes it may take longer than that. The next - you can submit your URLs to Google Search Console. You can submit up to 500 URLs per week. Moreover, you can ping your URLs via backlink indexer tools. Also, share your links on Social Media and the last one, build only quality backlinks on relevant websites.
There are no quick ways. Slow and steady wins the race. The quickest way is to ping your back links but still it takes time.
