This is not a new method but it's a good one. Although it's a good one, I would not recommend you to use wordpress.com because your blogs will get shut down soon or later. Like Bl4ckman already mention it, you can use squidoo,hubpages or even something called Bizsheet.

I always link to a landing page and have never had a wordpress blog taken down.

Why don't you try a wordpress blog only use no affiliate links and just link them to another blog? Will wordpress boot you for doing that?

Ever since I read that on wordpress moons ago I never really used it, but I was going to use it only to write about a product and send the people to a article ot a hubpage squidoo lens and even a blogspot blog.

Someone tell me if wordpress ill sick you off if your sending people to other places rather than sales page...

Ezine articles can give you the first place for any long tail keyword, nice information anyway.

Tried this method.

Honestly, your ezine for each long tail kw will almost always rank higher than your linking pages for the same kw whether it's a squidoo/blog/hubpage/tumblr/ - unless anyone of these squidoo/blog/hubpage/tumblr/ gets a shed loads of traffic which aint likely (but then that's something different to how you backlink these up).

In terms of your lander jumping ahead of your ezine for the same kw whether its a squidoo/blog/hubpage/tumblr/ page or your own domain is unlikely unless you go in for the long haul in seo marketing - in which case your lander should become a site.

I think you should clarify the under 100'000 figure in terms of whether this represents phrase or broad search results- as this is majorly important for starters.

Still - all much needed traffic no doubt for your lander.
