I want to turn '+' signs or '_' to spaces. For example how would I do this: http://www.homegain.com/local_real_estate/CA/huntington_beach.html The URL has a '_' in it however the page reads it as just 'huntington beach'.
URLs can't have spaces in them either before or after being rewritten with mod_rewrite. You can either encode spaces as + signs or as %20. Your best bet would be to find a way to avoid spaces in URLs.
