Quick trick to gain exposure and traffic

    A wonderful way to market your new or existing site is to do a giveaway. Free shit always spreads the word, and dependent on your budget, you can give away a pricey item or simply a couple of t-shirts.

    Recently I gave away $2000 of accessories on one of my blogs, the response from related websites was enormous, the word spread without me even doing much. And with the extra income resulting from the extra traffic, the giveaway basically paid for itself.

    Try it out sometime!

    That trick works pretty well most of the time.
    Especially if you give away quality stuff and promise more from time to time.
    People will eventually check back as well then :)

    I can vouch for this idea. I've been running a couple of comps for the lead up to my sites launch and the response has been amazing. Word of mouth advertising is great.
