Hello talented people,

I need a very quick and simple design.

I need a "drawing" of a barbell plate to say the following on it: NEVER (at the top of plate) GIVE UP (at the bottom of the plate). And on one side it needs to say 20kg and on the other side 44lb

I don't care even if you use a program that turns any image into drawings as long as I get a clip art type of drawing (black and white is fine) with the required text (NEVER GIVE UP and 20kg and 44lb) applied unto a barbell plate.

Please try and make this simple without gradients as this will be somehow stamped on metal and it cannot be stamped using gradients and that is why I need something simple and similar to a drawing/clipart.

Black and white is fine or even gray and white. Remember this needs to be more like a clip art.

pehulz: thanks for getting this started. Your image is really good. But see if you can make the words stand out a little more perhaps by using a slightly bolder font or by minimising the rest of the "motifs" of the barbell. As far as the colour goes you did fine

iamwiki: thank you but yours is not exactly what I am after. The barbell plate looks good but I don't like the effect you gave to it. I believe clip art shouldn't have that effect you added to the middle of the plate.

Also just a general suggestion to anyone considering this contest, try and make the letters and numbers appear a little more 3D if possible but still maintain the clip art look. Thanks.

Pehulz, I appreciate it but I do not want gradient. This image is more likely going to be somehow stamped on metal so it needs to be simple (clip art style). You cannot reproduce gradient style when you stamp it on metal.

appleiinc: looks good. I actually like this style of the barbell plate as well. But the text/writing looks like it could be better positioned.

I'll be off to get some rest now but I will come back as soon as I am awake to reply to any new entries.
