This is a URL shortener that i've just made. Nothing fancy with the design - very simple. http://www.fexr.com
The very few times that I wanted to cloak out an url, I used tinyurl. They are fast and efficient, no downtimes I have ever heard. But the best way is to just use your own domain to forward out to another url. Just looks better to use my name, email and a short something like" http://www.mydomain .com/joerecommends
