    Hey all I need a quick script done for me.


    1) Customers will fill out a form
    2) Billing Information will be processed; this includes receiving payment via paypal
    3) User information will be sent to customer's email
    4) User now has access to a directory.

    I need this done quickly. Looking for a low budget as it's not to advance.
