My thoughts exactly. You can either bluff by buying your own product (which is very stupid btw) or call other people to buy your product. Either way, that would only give you a temporary temporary "high". The thing is that, you will need more time to be "profitable" in selling cb products than just 3 days.
Quickest way is your warm market, asking friends and family. Or you could try to put classified ads and use social media.
I would say also to buy a Solo ads through Ads-Swap and build your list then redirect them to your affiliate offer , the same list you can use them again and again to promote your product or other affiliates products.

I'd be very careful about purchasing solo ads. Why would a person who has a buyer's list sell solo ads to someone else when they can just as easily promote the products themselves and make much more money?
