    Revenue: I created a 1 page emulating a lyrics directory and the site generated about $9 bucks in the first month from adsense only.
    Easy to rank domain: keyword rich: Go to MSN and do a search for search song lyrics

    Why am I selling this site?

    1. I don't know what to do with the site, I installed Joomla but I could not find a free lyrics database or anything.

    2. I run another 100 sites!! Don't have time to build this one.

    At the moment it's a domain for sale ...

    Well Joomla is installed, now that is why I want to sell the site, I dont have time to search for a lyrics database.

    Now if I create a site with the DB the site would be worth at least $100.

    I am pretty sure that other webmasters will know the value of this site.

    Usually domains are sold with NO traffic no revenue and not even with a CMS.
