It's a PR4 brandable domain,3 years old with lot of backlinks,premium theme and traffic between 200-300 currently(I don't have Google analytics data,can provide awstats though,but traffic in awstats will show high,somethIng like 600-700 UV,so normally i don't use that). i built this site keeping in mind that i'll sell this site(i'm a professional website flipper) when i get some revenue and traffic as it also has high PR and age. But you know,i got few other bigger projects so i couldn't pay enough attention on this. So if you have the time,you can work on it and build it into a authority site or sell it again to someone when the traffic and revenue looks constant,or you can sell it to me also when the traffic and revenue is constant i'm ready to buy it for a higher price if for the work they do on the site. . It's a reasonable price i'm asking for a PR4,3 yrs domain with premium theme and traffic and the work i put on the site,like backlinks etc.

I have verified the domain and have included the GA too. You can view it. I also forgot to mention that the majority of the traffic comes from US and more than half of them are from GOOGLE. I'll also attach the server stats because GA shows far less than real traffic. You would know this if you were involved in SEO.

 

They show a hell lot of traffic but i don't believe them either.lol

So the true figure would be somewhere between GA and Awstats,that's why nowadays i've moved to MajesticSEO. They give reliable figures. sorry,i'm drifting away from the topic

 

But these figures don't show the full potential as i hardly promoted them. i forgot to add these stats.

It also has 165 pages indexed in google.
Majority traffic from US.
Mostly from Google.
From seeing all the thread claiming "VALID PR" i think i should also claim my PR is VALID it never occured to me that i should claim it but that's the way world works. So to say, the site is a VALID PR4

Somebody brought up this topic on PM on why the BUY NOW button in the site doesn't work. To be honest the script is a nulled version. So as i told already i didn't had time to spend time on this site further or i could have fixed this manually. But this should go away if you buy a new script which costs only $17 bucks. That shouldn't hurt your pocket.
