    Hi,

    I am selling this niche website as I simply don't have time to work on it at the moment. It's making about $1/month average or slightly under with amazon affiliates, I haven't touched the site for about a year.

    With very little work (tidy up of the site, few more posts etc) I think this could easily make a lot more revnue. It is a very high ranking site (position 1/2 last time I checked) for a good keyword (Kids Art Kits).
