[Quick SALE] Developed Beach & Surfer Networking Site

Reason for Sale:
I developed this website about a month and a half ago with the intension of promoting at large and for me to eventually start charging monthly subscription fees for the site's membership. I however diverted my attention to another project of mine and never had the chance to promote this site although it has been fully developed.

The bottom line: the site has just been sitting on my server collecting 'dust' for a full month now so I am hoping to hand this project on to someone else as I have no time in the immediate future to market it.


Description:
The site serves as networking (myspace like) surfer and beach babe network website. It contains the features of member profiles, internal messaging system, chatroom, match-make search functions, forums and more. The site is based of the PHPiZaBi script and has been modified to suite the purpose of the beach goers networking website.

There are presently only less than 10 members and the traffic to the site has not picked up due to the lack of promotion scheme.
I initially had the new members who register to go through a double activation system which discouraged alot of them from joining. I have since removed that.

Traffic:
The site gets about 40-60 visits per day. Most of these visitors come and view our member profiles and do not often register. You may see the stats here: www.surfbix.com/webalizer/

Revenue:
I have not optimized the website for adsense or YPN placement so there is little to no revenue. To be exact: $1.71 from Adsense to date. I am confident this can dramtically increase if someone can go through and rearrange some of the ad placements.

The script we developed the site from is PHPiZaBi and there is no license required for that.

The site is fully established and just needs some promotion to get it moving and earning a steady income. I have spent over 30hrs developing the website so I feel that a BIN of $150 is extremely fair.
