Hey guys, I'm about to buy an old domain with a high Page Rank. I don't want it to drop to a lower Pagerank due to Googe's Pagerank update. Can anybody tell me when is the next upcoming Pagerank update? Any help is much appreciated.
Unless someone works at google it would be impossible for them to know when the next pr update will occur if the site is receiving a decent amount of traffic then you will be able to make some money with it regardless of the pr.
Unless the domain is exactly related to the content you will be adding i wouldnt waste my time chasing the domains PR... If your site was destined to have high PR its because of the content you provided and the backlinks you built where the real reason it achieved the high page rank. When will it happen? hopefully never so that webmasters stop asking and creating threads concerning the issue in general. good luck to you thx malcolm
Hey guys, Thanks for clarifying things for me. I'll definitely be careful when purchasing the domain. I'm still a little worried about the PR update. Does anybody know when the last PR update was and how frequent are these PR updates from Google?
