    Alright so in my country its legal to create adult websites, my question is, is it legal to use video/photo material found on the internet wich ISNT copyrighted or without any sentences like ' mail me for permission etc' Just stuff wich is placed out of free will no COPYRIGHTS added or remarked ANYWHERE.     If they are free to use of course it's legal, if they're copyrighted use a phrase in which you say "These photos are owned by ..." or something like this.
