    My main website
    Unblock Websites

    is currently a PR3, with a 'predicted' of PR2.

I have finally got the great search engine results I wanted for my keywords, but I was curious as to if the predicted pagerank actually was correct and my site went from PR3 to PR2, would this affect my keyword results significantly? I don't mind the pagerank as long as I can keep my high keyword results.

Page rank is not releated to SERPs and PR prediction sites are a load of rubbish. Simple as that.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH ANY PAGE RANK PREDICTION SITES (I used caps intentionally)

The page rank you see in the tool bar is not real time,Its a snap shot of what it was a few months ago.The only thing which is real time on google is the search engine results and it will not be effected by your toolbar page rank.

All you need to do is keep hold of that numero uno position for your keywords by keeping on building new links and keeping ahead of competetion.

Just keep working hard and forget about this PR2 "prediction"

These PR prediction websites tend to be VERY inaccurate.

I know the prediction sites are useless, but I am saying, even if my PR magically went to shit (1-2), the real time google serps won't be affected. Correct?

PR doesn't affect anything. It comes after good linking.

If you do the right things, build original content and earn inbound links, your PageRank will most likely not go down. However, to answer your question, if your PageRank does go down your rankings will likely slide long before the visible PageRank update. This is because
    1. You will be loosing links and therefore loosing inbound link strength, which will make your rankings slip
    2. While Visible PageRank is updated once every three or four months, Real PageRank and data refreshes are updated constantly so the damage will already be inflicted long before you see a change in the green bar.

Oh yeah....and those Future PageRank tools are a load of...
