    You definitely want to keep away from that name especially if what you plan to use it for has to do with the world famous person know by that name.
    However if you project has nothing whatsoever to do with her, they you may be able to use it.

    well if for example you wanted to use oprahdesigns.com then there would be no issue but if you wanted to use oprahWinfreyshow.com then you might run into a few issues ;)
