Quick question

    I remember hearing from someone that part of Google's terms was you need to put a Disclaimer on your site somewhere saying that when you click the ads, third party cookies are stored?

    Is this true? If so can someone give me the content I'd need to place in my site for it be to "safe"?

    Why not actually read the Adsense program policies? The short answer is yes, you have been required to have a privacy policy for more than a year, and Google updated the requirements to include the DART cookies this spring. You should have received an email and a message from within your account that the deadline for making that change was April.
