Quick Question (wordpress related)

    I was sold a site running wordpress, yet the guy who sold it forgot his admin panel login information.

    Where would I go about retrieving that?

    So what happened? And how did you perform the recup of the login / password?

    You can change it in PHPMyAdmin under the "users" table.

    I tried changing it in the phpmyadmin users table thing, but although I changed it, it didn't actually work. I had a guy change the email address that the wordpress account was under (I'm not sure how.. he could've used phpmyadmin).. and then I did a password retrieval.

    lol that is one of the weirdest thing I have evr heard. How could you even pay the full amount without checking every single thing :(
