Quick question on sitemaps/indexing

    A couple weeks ago I submitted my forum to Google using a sitemap, it updates daily. I noticed Google will include about 1k new pages per week but the sitemap has over 70k.

    Is there a way to speed it up or is this more of a natural process and google will take its time.

    Its more of a natural process and Google will take its time. Get a few quality incoming relevant links, that should help.
