Yes you can. its true their ToS can be confusing but they actually mean hiding the link in the image via some sort of pop-up or cookie-overwrite script. hyperlinking is fine. Many affiliates advertise CB products via banners.
it would be sort of like ... i will pick up the product " weight loss of idiots " and i will put its image there and will put a hoplink on it. This is what i had in my mind, so is that ok
