quick question - call centers/customer care

    Has anyone ever heard of a home based call centers ? Or know any companies that hire people to take calls and work from home.

    I've done some searches and I know there is quite a few out there, I was hoping to to find someone from DP involved in this to give guidance.

    Any Help is Appreciated,

    You can hire a company in india which charges by the minute. Probably could find someone freelancing it on elance.com

    I'm talking about finding a company to hire people to do it from home in the us. Not outsourcing to another country
