Quick Question again

I know im a very annoying guy, I am very Sorry, as all you know I own parkviewlimo.com and i was trying to get keywords for Toronto Airport Limo so I got the Domain TorontoAirportLimo.biz i was thinking of getting all the content from Parkviewlimo.com and using it as the same as Torontoairportlimo.biz instead of forwarding so i can optimize this site for " Toronto Airport Limo" will google care if its the same content etc. THanks in advance.

 

This is duplicate content, and google don't ke such things. Consider making unique content sites.

 

Google does penalize for duplicate content. Google has gotten very good at identifying the "source" of original content, and all that follow are inferior in SERPs.

 

Also, domain extension won't affect you getting indexed, but for branding/marketing purposes, u might want to look into getting a .com rather than a .biz
because your business description is so specific, this may be possible

 

While this is great advice, I want to say that I disagree. I believe Google places value in the traditional .com, .net, and .org extensions over any new or wacky ccTLD (country code top level domain). In addition to ccTLD's, the .biz and .info's are RARELY (some, but not often) ranked highly in SERPs.

Seriously, just ask yourself, how often do you see these extensions in the SERPs?

Truthfully, I am thankful for them, because they keep the spammers and low-quality content websites in their own category while the .com, .net, and .org sites get all the search traffic.

Honestly, I'd leave it alone and just point the new domain to the old one (via a redirect). If you want to rank well for a local search, the best thing you can do is to modify the content on your pages to include the local data (and possibly some geo-targeting as well), NOT by starting over with a new domain name/Web site.

Of course, these changes would have to be made gradually.

Let me put it to you this way - the content on the page, not the domain name, is what makes the difference. Yes, having keywords in the domain name will help, but it's not the end-all be-all of ranking well in the search engines.
