Does Google see http://www.mysite.co.uk/ as equivalent to http://www.mysite.co.uk/index.php for AdWords and other purposes?

    Will autotagging work correctly?

Do I need to change my destination URL?

Until 2 days ago my homepage was http://www.mysite.co.uk/index.html but I have now added ip2nation/ php functionality to target content to country. (I couldn't do this through mod rewrite because my shared hosting does not allow it). index.html is still on the server but with 301 redirect.

Thanks in advance for the answer!

for PPC it does not matter... if it matters it should matter for SEO only....

SEO wise also it is ok. if you have not linked to index.html page
