    I think you are asking about free webhosting.

    Yes there are many free webhosts which allows it.

    Try to get from freewebspace forum you will surely get many.

    nay i mean the website freewebs.com | webs.com which is a free hosting company and was jsut asking dose php work with there servers coz i dnt think it dose

    freewebs doesn't with their free accounts. If you want to use php you have to upgrade to their paid services. But here is a list of free hosts with php and mysql.
