Quick question about backlinks and link juice

I was working on getting some backlinks, and I found some sites where the backlink would be posted on something like example.com/subdir1/subdir2/subdir3/subdir4/blah/subdir5/index.html

It's several subdirectories in the site, but it still is from the main domain, example.com, not any subdomains. Do you still get all the linkjuice from the domain's PR?

    Thanks!

If the link is reachable through some link, you will.

Yes, we would get benefit depending on the PR but it would counted only one back links as you are building link on only one site, one IP address..... so you have to look for other sites in your niche also so that you would build quality link.

To get the benefit of back links and increase the PR of your site then make sure that the links are "Dofollow". Also make sure that no link that leaves your site is "Dofollow" otherwise your link juice will in effect be passed on to the other site.
