quick question about adding a link

    Im trying to learn how to make a photoshop template working. I sliced a template up and everytime i add a link it has a blue outline like this s96.photobucket.com/albums/l175/twisted001200/?action=view&current=question.jpg

    can anyone help me out and tell me how i get rid of that?
