You can "report them" to Google. But don't forget, Karma is a bitch, so make sure you're clean when you do it.

    I wouldn't waste your fingers.

If you report it outside of your Google webmaster account they will, for the most part, wipe their butt with it. If reported inside your account they will, well, wipe their butt with it. I'm embarrassed to say I fell for their FUD... once.

Google doesn't care one bit about KW spam. Especially if reported by a competitor. I did it one time for a site with 700+ pages, each of which has 300+ keywords stuffed in a hidden div with z-index. Result... not a thing. They are still in the top of the serps for hundreds of keywords in their market, and all with crappy PR.

The snitch program is only for Google's benefit... to get free input to help them modify the algo "in the future".

Don't waste your time... unless of course, you like working for Google for free.

Don't worry about your competitors site. Take care of your own.

I have experienced this on many occassions as well. Reporting to Google is probably just a waste of a perfecly good email.

However, one day in the future, Google will wake up to this sort of abuse by various sites, and hopefully, blacklist them from their search engine forever !!!

but then again I am playing by the rules. it was to my understanding google actually demoted sites that were stuffed with keywords.

I havnt wasted any time yet been busy with school work than to worry about them ATM.

also ive been very happy google is promoting my site and its climbing the ranks ;) thou its still got no PR :(

If you report someone to Google using webmaster tools, Google may investigate you rather than the guy you snitched on.
