Quick Project Help needed - Simple Shopping Cart

i'm looking for someone to help me with a quick project

i need a simple shopping cart without the use of database.

the project would be as such

i put 10 fixed products(picture, price and description) on a page.
there would be have a drop down menu for each product, QTY 0 - 10.

after customer chooses the products he is interested to buy with QTY updated, he clicks submit.
he is then brought to next page with order details and also a form which will require him to enter name, contact no., email address and address.

he clicks submit, an email is send to me with his order, including his name email address and contact no.



please let me know if anyone can do this.
and let me know how much would you be charging.

I can do this.

If you need the script to be able to shop/store multiple products at once it will cost 60$, if you just want user to select one product and go to next page I will do for 20$, send me a pm or add me to MSN if interested

i have updated with a drawing plan of how it should work.

i do not need a payment gateway as all orders will be Cash on Delivery.

i want to receive the order thru email, and then i will call the buyer to confirm the order.

i really wish to get someone who has done this before to guarantee it will work without any bugs.
