Hey, I've just added a banner at the top of my site: http://www.hannahmontanazone.com/ and I was wondering if the "News & Updates" written above it could be against the TOS ? It's also an image.. but it does have borders, etc. What do you think ?
That's a good question. I'd like to know what others think about this one too. My opinion is that it doesn't violate. But it's just an opinion. It may be a little too close to the graphic, but it looks far enough away that it doesn't look like your using trickery. So... I think it works.
