Quick paypal payment - Need 2 small tweaks on my wordpress blog

    I have 2 problems with my personal wordpress blog:

    1) The text appearing above all the pages (view the blog and you'll see what I mean)
    2) Users are un-able to post comments.

    If you feel you can fix these tweaks for me, I'll pay you $20 via paypal now!
