Contest Quick page design - PSD only - 100 USD - 3 days

I'm looking to create a website for my CV
i would like the page to be in 3 languages (Hebrew,English,Dutch - you can probably place Flags)
It should be really clean but still impressive
There are no Sections in the page, only 1 page site (actually,it would be one for each language but you get the point).
the page can be considered as Landing page (if it changes anything).

i want to keep the personal feeling somehow as i do not want to represent myself as a company, but a person.

@Stellah i do not have any content or image i want to put in it, you can put Generic Lorem ipsum text..
i need the following texts "About me","Cover letter","CV","Contact Me"

 

any specific color-scheme you want ??

 

@Ardianet nothing in mind.. i'm open for suggestions.. but i guess the clean/bright one will be better.

you've given me a site design when i want a single page design.. also, the design is a bit flat and old.. i'm looking for something newer.

Thank you all for your revisions, unfortunately it wasn't what i was after..
i understand it's harder to aim at something when you dont have any concept..
this contest is Closed, i'll soon bring it up again but this time with several concepts of what i wanted.
