Virtual Assistant - Premium member of freelancer site

I am looking for many Virtual Assistants to carry out a simple tasks,
including (but not limited to) the following:
- make a bid and exchange information on freelancer site,
- fulfilling orders through data entry
- Customer support through answering emails
- ... etc.

Requirements:
- Premium member/user of freelancer sites (have to)
- Familiar with freelancer site
- Really know how to make a bid as a service seller or service buyer on freelancer site
- Good spoken/written English
- Access to computer and (preferably broadband) Internet
- Fluent with PC and Internet
- Fluent with MS Excel
- Able to follow written or chat instructions
- Requires minimum supervision
- Shows attention to detail
- Able to learn new tasks fast
- Quick communication through email AND instant messenger, easy to contact
- Able to work on long term job, honest one

Payments:
- Billing on a per hour basis
or
- Project basis.

Your duties will be explained through chat and should not be too difficult
to learn.

All tasks should be repetitive and require very little new learning once you get it.
Any new responsibility will be explained through chat and agreed upon in
advance. I am looking for somebody I can rely on for the long-term.

You will be evaluated based on the quality of your work and the quantity you are able to complete within the given time period.

If you do a good job, we will increase your responsibility and hours and give you some bonus.

Approximate start date of the project after selecting a bid and chat.

Most (if not all) tasks are routine and should require only minimal learning curve.
I am looking at an hourly rate of below $2/hour.
