No. I think they have now started to look at your IP addresses. So when you apply they check your IP, if it is from a country they are ok with they will accept you, if not - nothing can change their mind.
1st time I hearing when someone (advertiser) in CJ check country of your IP. I assume they based their opinion on data you enter when sign up with CJ. Thanks to the God they aren't another paypal, yet...
Advertisers cannot automatically or manually decline you based on your IP. Auto declines are caused due to manual additions to the automatic block list (if you've violated policies in the past), network earnings, category of website (few advertisers still use this), or the country that your account is based in. Just contact the advertiser if you get auto-declined, be honest about how you'll promote (I see so many BS requests about how somebody's crappy blog gets 1,000,000 visitors/month, and nobody falls for that), you should get accepted as long as your site falls into the advertiser's criteria.
It would be interesting to hear more testimonies. Is anyone making more than $500 a month with PalTalk? Also, are there any other programs you have found that give you a nice flow of cash? I tried Zazzoo and it sucked. Their requirement is for a subscriber to post a video before they pay you any commission. Bizarre. Way to go Zazzoo. I think you will be leaving CJ rather soon. Maybe not.
Oh, and another thing. Zazzoo.com has AdSense ads on their site. To me almost any CJ advertiser that has AdSense ads on them is not worth dealing with. Why would any advertiser want people to leave their site by clicking on an ad that is worth one, two or may five pennies? If they are willing to do so they are probably a lousy advertiser.
Sorry to hear that. If I had that much US traffic when I was promoting it I'd be making about $1000 a month just on that. Maybe their policies have changed.
email them through your cj panel, and bagging to them.. tell them you;re really enthuastic to promote their program
