    Will this work for a forum? Just want to make sure each page is indexed. Here it is:

    <head>
    	<title>Perfect Gamers - ewgwe</title>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />
    <meta name="generator" content="vBulletin 3.0.3" />
    <meta name="keywords" content="Game, Forum, Forums, Gaming," />
    <meta name="description" content="Perfect Gamers is a Game Forum where people can talk about the latest games in our forum." />

    .
    .
    .

    Code (markup):

    Meta tags for the most part have little to do with being indexed. There is nothing in those tags that will block indexing.

    However, getiing indexed and getting found in a search engine index are two different things. Yout title should (a) be more desciptive of the site and (b) be different for each page. Since it is a forum, ensure that the order of the page title is

    1. Post/Topic title
    2. Category (optional)
    3. forum name

    The default is often the reverse.

    What type of forum software are you using? Look for an SEO mod or option that will strip off the session IDs for "guests" which include search engine spiders.

    People in a rush, just read the red stuff, save time:

    Thank you VERY much minstrel, I can't tell you how thankful I am, again, thanks, give me a minute to process all of this, good stuff thanks. My site by the way is http://www.PerfectGamers.net , I am not trying to plug it in or something, just want people to have an easier time knowing what I am talking about. The name will already be different for each page, I am using vBulletin. I will add a small description right now inside of the main title. I have been working on my site for along time so again thanks. (Just needed to plug that in)

    Ok, you said the order should be:

    You don't have to answer or anything, but I was curious how it changes anything (I will change it either way, but now I need to look for how to change it :))

    vBulletin has this option:
    I just checked yes for it, hopefully that what you meant. Is that what you meant?

    Again, thank you a million times over, I have been working on my site for about 2 weeks straight and all this help really means a lot, it's priceless more then a giant dimond thank you.

    The main thing an SEO mod will do is strip off some of the gobbledy-gook after the ? in the links to the forum pages if the person viewing is a "guest" -- spiders are guests so it makes it easier for them to follow links from one page to the next.

    That would work too although identifying your forum helps to get your "brand name out there" -- just make sure it's at the end of the title, as I said, with the more important stuff up front.

    It's not the only thing you need, of course. You also need to get links pointing to your forum from other web sites.

    Another place to get help and suggestions for building your forum is [The Forum Zone -- lots of suggestions there for both beginning and advanced forum promotion and growth.

    My guests are allowed to view my site minstrel. I see what you mean, the crawlers see more links they visit them so like link one page like 5 times to make sure, smart, very smart thanks for that.

    Your right about that to, totally pasted my head, and guess what I KNOW HOW TO MOVED AROUND THE TITLES HORAY! Thanks man, I really really can't tell you what it feels like when you work so hard and there are people willing to help you make your work pay off, thanks so much sir.

    Also, I am going to affiliate with other websites like you said, inbound links right? Yeah totally I am going to spam bomb every single gaming admin out there =).

    You are wonderful minstrel, you were the best help I have ever gotten I am really not trying to be a suck up, because otherwise, I don't need anymore help I am honestly thankful.

    Thank you.
