Quick Logo Needed - $20 for winner

I need a logo for a Tactical Gear Web Store.

The partner site for this new gear store can be found here.

Please take a look at the logo and colors used. I would like the logo for the gear store to be similar.



The logo should read



Where it reads (State goes here... There should be a graphic of the State of Indiana similar to what is used in the logo found on the partner page)

Here is an example of how I envision the logo however I'm thinking the state should be smaller and fit just after INGO and above Tactical

I would prefer not to have a shadow around the state. I think I would like the INGO and the Tactical to be around the same size or maybe the INGO a bit smaller and have the state fit above the tactical a bit better.

If you get the chance would it be possible to see #2 with the state on the left hand side of the text. So it would be similar layout to #1 but the state would be on the other side. Keep the same font but slant the "IN"
