Buying Quick Logo Job, must have istockphoto.com account

Hi guys, I need a quick logo, i have seen something very close to what i want

I would prefer it without the sticking out bit and maybe the band going through the middle with "Expat Business Network" through it.

if you are going to use that image then you must have a account with istockphotos and i need receipt to prove the image as been paid for.

if you can design something yourself then great, but it needs to be to this quality.
