waiz86 - this might be better with the softer colors now. Thanks

jokomamamita - yours I also really like! I like the icon, with the happy guy with even a small tie It brings a good message that goes along with the meaning of the company. The colors are good too. Maybe just using a "softer" font? Although this one is really almost perfect too...

ViolentAJ - thanks, but unfortunately it is too strong of an image for me. Too bright and very edgy looking. Not for this image of the company unfortunately.

PlazmaDesign - thank you also. Not bad - I like the idea with the graduation hat. Although that makes it seem too much like school, and the software will be for the workplace. So maybe doesn't match that well, but thanks anyway.

gipanuhotko - thanks for the edits. Now that's much better and I do like the feel and look.

saema - thanks, but this is not the style I am looking for. Somehow it looks like just normal font is something like Microsoft Word. Doesn't look very much like a logo.

glodium - thanks again, but the image here is just too strong from the logo. The thick, bold, strong, edgy letters...just too aggressive. But thanks.

Thank you all for your contributions and effort. There were really some great logos here - but of course as you know in the end I have to choose just one...

I am selecting carlita's design as the winning design.

But right behind those were waiz86 (earlier design) and jokomamamita.

I just think that carlita's really fits the "feel" and "tone" of my project best.
