Contest Quick Logo Design for a Software Platform Business - $15 for winner

I am looking to have a logo designed with the following company name:



I don't want to write it here to avoid indexing by search engines.

I would like it to look professional - not necessarily "flashy" or "web 2.0" style

The "hypothetical" company (this is for a project proposal so nothing certain yet) will be a platform for companies to provide education videos and lessons to employees...

So in function it is similar to:

Maybe their logos can be helpful as inspiration or guides in terms of tone/professionalism

I would like to see versions maybe with and without the tagline - but the tagline/motto underneath should be: "Worklife Enrichment"

I know that this is longer than the name - so hopefully you can adjust with font-sizes.

I would prefer the company name WITHOUT ".com"

But if you feel you need more space for the tagline or it looks better for some reason, then maybe we can add the .com

There is no specific colors I have in mind since this is step #1 for me so you can use your preference or imagination - but of course nothing too "fun" or "flashy" since it is to be overall serious - clients would be large companies/fortune 500, etc.

glodium - yours are nice logos in general, I especially like the first, but unfortunately the style is not what I'm looking for. They are precisely too "flashy" and "loud" which is what I mentioned I would rather not have. But thank you for your efforts.

carlita1177 - yours I really really like! I enjoy being surprised with something, especially since I didn't have a "perfect" logo in mind with this project - and yours already seems like it would be a great one. I like the "quiet" and "soft" style/presence of the logo - and it portrays exactly what the company would be about. The stick figure icon (X) at the front is great. Thank you. Maybe I would just like to see - only to compare - what it would look like if you move the word a bit to the right, so that it is not directly touching the logo icon. Maybe a very little space between the two...

pheonix89 - yours I also like - but maybe it is just too "strong" and still has that web 2.0 look to it. I am looking for something a bit softer and more quiet. I like the colors, but I am not sure about the logo icon - it looks like a teardrop...maybe reminds me of crying...? Even if more a raindrop - it's not necessarily something "happy"

I'm hoping to keep this open until sometime afternoon Eastern (New York) time tomorrow - and then pick someone.

gipanuhotko - thank you for showing all those variations of color. I like the design in general, but it doesn't match perfectly what I am looking for as the "feel" for the company. I think the focus on the X as the icon might be too strong and sharp. It looks like the X that I click on a Window on my computer to close a program - so my first thought is "close" - a more negative tone... Also you skipped the motto/tagline. But it's ok - the overall layout does not match what I'd see as the final product

carlita - this one is great now with the little space before the first letter. This is my first choice for now. Very good match to the feel for the company.

waiz86 - hi there! I like your entries - but I like the second one more (with the orange). The ones with green are too "rough" and strong with the edges since the letters are so sharp and then the three rectangular lines have such sharp corners that it seems too aggressive. The one with the orange is better - softer edges and the three lines at the front for the icon are soft and smooth. More calming than the strong corners. I like this one and for now it would be my second place choice behind carlita. Maybe we can also try some other color than black - some softer combination with the orange for an overall "calm" image/effect. Thanks
