We are looking for a logo for new website pcsokinawa.com

Criteria...

*Logo must be delivered in vector format (like .ai)
*Contest will last two days
*Glossy or web 2.0 logo if possible (Something brand-able)
*Logo must fit the template
*Please show the logo not only alone but also on the template itself

Good luck and we hope to see lots of great submissions. Potential winner may get repeat work for our branding material. Note: "PCS" means permanent change of station, meaning a military person moving from one base to another. The blog is geared towars military people moving from other countries into Japan.

Idea: How about an open cardboard box with the letters "PCS" on it, then Okinawa to the right of that?

Hi onlyflights. It's actually "PCS" and not 'psc'. Can you try one with an open cardboard box with "PCS" on it and then Okinawa to the right of that?

I'd like everyone to try the 'cardboard box' design after this please. Very interested in the open shipping/moving box design.

Much better! So far hughman is in the lead.

I'd say, let's try turning the box the other way, so it is facing in, and change up the fonts a bit.
Make them a bit more stunning, bold, ...something, if you can. Right now it's still a little too... subdued. But close hughman!

Also, Make the "O" in Okinawa a capital.

And can you show a bit more of the site in the next site preview so we can better judge?

I think hughman has my vote for best box so far. Hope he rotates it and changes up the fonts.

Also, DCStudio read my mind. I'd like to ask if everyone can try the idea of making the letters "PCS" jump out of the box on the next revision. And maybe put "To: Okinawa" in small letters on the side of the box.

DCStudio: Remember, PCSOkinawa.com is a blue site. So we won't be going with green for this logo.
Sorukayde: Same. No red please. Let's go with the blue/white/brown box idea. But please try again if you want.

Right now my two favorites are:
#1: hughman: Best box. Great polish or shine on fonts. But want different fonts and a capital "O" for Okinawa. Rotate box.
#2: OnlyFights: Like them both. The fist one ~Overall it's very 'together' good look. Just hoping for a bit more shine and 3d if possible like hughman's. Better fonts too. But almost. The second one is great too. Especially LOVE this box. But the glossy look on the fonts is kinda too strong. A more smooth glossy look might make this one a winner.
#3: DCStudio: GREAT BOX and PCS Letters! Just need to change to blue/white/brown box or similar. And use different font for Okinawa.
