Contest is for a Executive Consulting firm that specializes in high level consulting with top Execs and CEO's in health, pharmaceutical & healthcare companies. Thus it needs to be VERY professional, authorative and strong, as opposed to elaborate and loud.

Corporate colours must be solid and strong.

Some general feedback:
Please make sure that this is a professional looking logo that can compete with logos like: Fortune, Breitling, Price Waterhouse, Delloite, KPMG, Accenture, JP Morgan logos (same feel colour strength)
No juvenile imagery or colours.
The name is: Health Leadership Group - group is not small
If you create an icon, use the letters: H, L, G

Specific feedback:
wichi, pehulz, logoesdesign, +dd.Felicia, debayanmitra, fruzzlies - Thanks for your designs, but these are not appropriate for a professional organization. You have to be crisper, use more mature fonts and deliberate formatting that communicates maturity and authority. Your efforts are appreciated, but see examples I list below for clarity on what standard we need please.
di-vahyn - this is a solid and clean design, just seems a bit too simple and the flower does not hold meaning in the context. Effort appreciated though.
logos4all - best looking entry so far, thanks. however, the pastel colours do not communicate the credibility and maturity that we need. Also please see above points and perhaps give it another shot if you're able to. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the updates and new entries. Much appreciated!
Pehulz - Much better - thanks. But the grey makes it lack a bit of cohesion. But a big improvement.
Logos4all - Looks professional for sure, but a bit busy. Makes the eyes jump all over. Would love to see this simplified to have only H as icon and font navy - and a bit more unified.
Misterbadz -fonts are ok, but icon is a bit soft. Does not relate or connect, and the added + looks like clutter.
Devan_007 - Nice one! But as this is a long title, maybe positioning of fonts can be done more like the PWC logo, with the icon at the end - and the icon more unified and upper crust and elite - like the Mont Blanc logo. Something nice and iconic- recognizable - and strong.
Phoenix89 - Very nice work! Last one with HLG on left is best. But somehow it feels a bit light. Can we keep font the same but make it a bit bolder and stronger with some rounded effects - like the elance logo. Keep the blue, also do a version that thickness is elance logo size with that exact gradient as elance logo please. And also a plain navy one please.
