    We should always protect our designs by placing a
    watermark on it to abate gettin cheated next time.

    Why are you people not watermarking your images?! :confused: Hopefully you have learned a lesson, if nothing else...

    There should be a higher case of moderation in these forums in the first place. These people are always doing this, or not responding etc. I think it would be wise for DP to take hints from NamePros.

    And, if you see this happening all the time, why would you post an unwatermarked logo for a contest started by a new member with no itrader points?

    I guess we are a little too trusting. 99% of the contest holders are genuine people and so we sometimes let our guard down. I think most people just want somebody to officiate the section and make sure this sort of thing is eradicated.

    Yeah i also notice the 0 itrader points of the contestholder. We should all practice good discretion everytime... plagiarism and copyright infringement is very evident lately in cyberspace.

    NamePros is well moderated. Each contest is approved before it is opened, by a moderator. And, sometimes, I believe the money is sent to a mod before the competition starts. Ensuring the prize is actually real.

    DaveyBoy is right. I guess I kinda just let my guard down and entered without thinking. Still, it's annoying as hell.

    Understandable. But, I really don't see a way to police contests that is easier then having entrants watermark their logos. It's as simple as that. :)
