Quick joomla question, re: linking logo

    I know how to change the image that by default is "powered by joomla," but my question is whether I can LINK that image to a URL, and if so, how?

    You can edit the template file from the Template Manager. There you can make the image a URL by using 
    <a href="link"> {image} </a>

    you mean to change the favicon icon? or which version joomla 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7? please details exlain then, its should be easier to answer for any one, Thanks
