Hello All I need a very simple 2 page form with database I need it to collect these items name email a category drop down a title text box another text box that can take in html. So someone could put an article in here with html links. it should be able to handle at least 1000 characters I would like there to be 3 submit buttons at the bottom, each one would lead to a different order confirmation page Please post how much time you think it will take you to do and your price.
