Quick Job - Need someone to make me a navigation bar!

Hi guys, i realise this will be a quick job for someone who knows PHP and HTML.

Basically my website already has a right hand side navigation bar, well i want the same on the left hand side.

Thats all.

I want this cheap and done correctly.

content | sidebar
sidebar | content ?

No i want another sidebar on the left hand side too, and sorry $20 seems too expensive for this job.

My .02c - you want to pay peanuts to get this done properly? $20 is a great price - you hopefully won't have to deal with any mistakes once he is done. I say make the investment.

 

Thanks for your opinion, however i am just going off previous jobs i ve had done. I had the whole site re designed for $40, from a member in DP forums. I just cant get in touch with him.
