Quick image manipulation contest $15

I need the following image to have the the lady taken out on the left hand side and replaced with the lady in the single photo please

Great just a couple of points:
The hand of the lady on the left is a different color to the rest of her skin
Her hair is flatter compared to original pic
Lady on left is sharp whilst couple on the right are softer, could you blend her in please.

Thanks maniacal, the only thing remaining is that the hair on the lady on the left looks white where it is darker in the original single pic.

Thanks maniacal color looks fine now its just the hair it looks too flat compared with the original.
